Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education and support services to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS is fully endowed, ensuring a nurturing environment for both students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to small groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
