Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering pre-K through 12th-grade education to students from underprivileged backgrounds. Established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed, providing all-encompassing support for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to mentor and guide a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
