Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a comprehensive career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides students with housing, meals, and full financial support. The school is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and nurturing to groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
