Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering career-focused education and full support to students from pre-K to 12th grade coming from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS is fully endowed to ensure a thriving environment for both students and staff. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to provide guidance and care for a small group of students while fostering a family-like structure.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity and serve as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfort leading daily devotions and attending chapel services; adhere to campus regulations on smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pets
