Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education and full support to students from pre-K through 12th grade coming from underprivileged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to guide and nurture a group of students, providing them with a family-like environment and various forms of assistance.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty; limited pet policy; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and role model capability; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
