Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides a career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs. The school, founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is fully endowed to support the thriving of students and staff. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing a family-like structure for groups of 8-12 students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus, no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student home vans; comfort leading students in daily devotions and to chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
