Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides housing, meals, and a fully endowed program to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to work as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus environment; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED; high integrity and role model capabilities for students
