Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education and full support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in pre-K through 12th grade. The school was established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, providing a fully endowed environment for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, living on-campus and nurturing a small group of students in a family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
