Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides comprehensive support covering housing, meals, and more for students and staff to thrive. Currently, MHS is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to provide guidance and care for groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students
