Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a prestigious private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. The school, established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support at no cost to students. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; smoke, weapon, and alcohol-free campus; limitations on pets with approved breeds only.
