Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K to 12th grade who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides housing, meals, and a fully endowed, supportive environment for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to fill the role of Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and nurturing a small group of students to provide a family-like structure.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; maximum of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
