Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education and full support to pre-K through 12th-grade students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus rules including a smoke-free, weapon-free environment, no alcohol while on duty, and limited approved pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable with leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (proselytizing prohibited); high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
