Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade in disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides students with housing, meals, and full financial support. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two years of legal marriage required for couples; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role-model behavior; individual employment applications required for both spouses
