Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education from pre-K to 12th grade for students from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides housing, meals, and full financial support for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing a family-like structure for groups of 8-12 students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
