Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade in need. The school provides housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs, thanks to the endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and support a small group of students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as a role model for students; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading student devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses to complete individual employment applications
