Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently seeking married couples to fulfill the role of Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves residing in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students, and creating a family-like environment for the students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be 27 years old or older; adherence to campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty, limitations on pets, and attendance at Judeo-Christian services; possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstration of high integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
