Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides comprehensive support including housing, meals, and all educational expenses to ensure the success of both students and staff. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and fostering a family-like environment for a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including no alcohol on duty and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; each spouse must complete an individual employment application
