Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides a career-focused education and full support to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are currently seeking married couples to work as Flex Houseparents, residing on campus and caring for a group of students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free and weapon-free policies, no alcohol while on duty, and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable with leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
