Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private institution providing comprehensive education and support to students from pre-K through 12th grade who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed, offering students housing, meals, and a nurturing environment to excel in their academic and personal growth. MHS is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to guide and support a group of students while maintaining a family-like structure within the student homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
