Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing career-focused education and housing to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school offers a fully endowed environment for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; valid driver’s license; ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and a role model for students; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
