Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education with housing and meals to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to become flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to groups of students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; Valid driver’s license; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
