Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers. This unique role involves married couples residing in on-campus homes to guide and nurture 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a family-like structure, driving students, administering medication, and managing household tasks.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity; complete individual employment applications
