Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers on-campus, providing care for 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free and weapon-free policies, no alcohol while on duty, limitations on pets, and participation in campus activities; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
