Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to a group of students in a family-like environment. The school, founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, offers a comprehensive education, including housing and meals, with all costs covered.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses age 27 or older; two years of legal marriage required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules on smoking, weapons, and pets; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate high integrity and act as role models for students.
