Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education and full support to students in pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. MHS is seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to offer guidance and support to groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus regulations regarding smoking, weapons, and alcohol; limitations on pets with only approved breeds allowed
