Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents in on-campus homes for disadvantaged youth, providing guidance and nurturing in a family-oriented structure.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus guidelines; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity; complete individual employment applications for both spouses.
Benefits: Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple with free housing and meals), comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, nine days on followed by three days off schedule, three-week paid summer vacation
