Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is a renowned private school providing a comprehensive education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to serve as flex houseparents, offering a family-like environment and support to groups of 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two years of legal marriage required for couples; both spouses must be aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy adherence; no more than three dependent children in the student home; limitations on approved pets; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses; high integrity and role model behavior expected.
