Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are sought to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and nurturing to a group of students in a family-like structure.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free, and no alcohol while on duty; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
