Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education and comprehensive support to students from pre-K through 12th grade. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS ensures that students from disadvantaged backgrounds thrive with all expenses covered. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and support to small groups of students within on-campus residences.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for a minimum of two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading student activities with a Judeo-Christian focus; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and excellent role model behavior for students; both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
