Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

This role involves nurturing and guiding disadvantaged youth in an on-campus living environment, providing a family-like structure, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive home for students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free, and no alcohol on duty; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; must demonstrate integrity and be a role model for students; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
