Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. These caregivers create a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in on-campus homes, fostering academic and social growth.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrated high integrity and strong role model qualities for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus rules including smoke-free and weapon-free policies; limited pets allowed (fish and one approved breed dog); no more than three dependent children in the student home
