Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. This unique role involves living in student homes to provide guidance and support for disadvantaged youth in a family-like atmosphere, offering them a structured and nurturing environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and accompany them to Sunday chapel services; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
