Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing nurturing care for disadvantaged students. The school offers a comprehensive career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade, covering housing, meals, and all expenses for students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited); must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
