Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Houseparents live on campus and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students from underprivileged backgrounds, creating a nurturing environment and managing daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication, and budgeting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
