Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a career-focused education with full support including housing and meals to students from disadvantaged backgrounds from pre-K through 12th grade. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed to provide all necessary resources for students and staff.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free and weapon-free policies, no alcohol while on duty, limitations on pets, valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; high degree of integrity to serve as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
