Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to fill the Residential Youth Caregiver role. This unique position involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance, support, and a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as a role model for students
