Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education and support to disadvantaged students from pre-K through 12th grade. The school provides housing, meals, and covers all costs for students, thanks to the generosity of its founders, Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to nurture and guide a group of students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus rules including no alcohol while on duty and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
