Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to work as Flex Houseparents, providing care and mentorship to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like setting on campus. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with both spouses aged 27 or older; Limit of three dependent children in the student home; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus environment; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (no proselytizing allowed); High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
