Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
