Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to provide support and guidance to disadvantaged youth in an on-campus family-like environment. Married couples in this unique role live onsite and offer nurturing care to students from pre-K through 12th grade, ensuring their well-being and educational development.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; all staff must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
