Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; Abide by campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free policies; Limitations on pets – only fish and one approved breed of dog allowed; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated integrity and role-model behavior for students; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
