Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is hiring married couples to serve as flex houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing nurturing support for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
