Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides housing, meals, and a fully endowed environment for students and staff to thrive. The school is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; must adhere to campus rules (e.g., smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol while on duty); completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
