Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds on campus. The school offers a career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade with all expenses covered.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must be able to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
