Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers, known as flex houseparents, in Hershey, PA. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; pass background checks; both spouses complete individual employment applications
