Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, living on-campus and providing guidance to 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Responsibilities include managing household needs, administering care, and fostering a family-like environment for the children.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high degree of integrity required; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
