Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The role entails residing in on-campus homes, providing guidance, nurturing a family-like environment, administering medication, budgeting, and meeting various student needs. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
