Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides an exceptional career-focused education for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering housing, meals, and full financial coverage thanks to the endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and support a group of students in a family-like structure.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples married for at least two years; spouses aged 27 or older; maximum of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
