Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing guidance and creating a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, living on campus, managing daily responsibilities, and ensuring student well-being within an exceptional educational setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; age 27 or older for both spouses; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
