Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to work as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this role, couples act as flex houseparents, providing guidance and a family-like structure for 8-12 students, ensuring a nurturing environment within the school setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in student home; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
